Return and refund policy
At Bliss Birthday Shirts, we strive to ensure our customers receive quality products. Our return and refund policy is designed to support cases involving product defects, printing issues, or errors in order fulfillment. However, please read carefully to understand the conditions for eligible returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy covers items that:
- Are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Contain errors in print quality or manufacturing issues.
- Do not match the product description.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
For returns, please contact us at support@blissbirthdayshirts.com to initiate the process. Once a return is authorized, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted in cases of:
- Incorrect size selection, as sizing information is clearly provided.
- Product expectations that differ from the customer’s own assumptions, as our products are accurately described and photographed.
Please review all product details and size guides carefully before purchasing.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@blissbirthdayshirts.com to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible). This allows us to process your request promptly.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for bank processing. If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@blissbirthdayshirts.com.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available once an order has been sent to our printing department or shipped. Shipping times are clearly indicated on each product page, and if your package is within the stated shipping timeframe, a refund cannot be issued.
- Refunds will only be provided for packages that arrive significantly past the shipping timeframe stated, except in cases of unavoidable external conditions, such as natural disasters or holiday-related delays due to high order volume. We appreciate your understanding in these instances.
